Forgot Your Username? – If you forgot your username, the email address you used when you originally set up your login, and/or purchased your first class with us will work in place of your user name if you forgot it. (Assuming you know your password. If not keep reading!)
Forgot Your Password? – If you entered either your username or your email address correctly but you now realize you forgot your password, you will get an error message. DONT KEEP GUESSING! YOU WILL GET LOCKED OUT !! YOU WILL HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 10 MIN to try again. Instead Reset Your Password using your email or username and you will be able to change your password by following the instructions.
Forgot Both Your Username, Email and Password? Well, again in that case stop guessing and call us since we will now need to verify who you are (because of website hackers) and we will have to reset your password manually plus re-verify your email address and username to make sure you are who you say you are! In the future there will be a charge for this service. Its YOUR responsibility to keep your username, email and password in a safe place so you can log in or reset the password using your username or email address if you forgot it.
Resetting a Password – use the Reset Password page at the links on this page or at the top menu link next to the Contact Us link. Passwords can also be reset on your Edit Profile page but only after you are first logged in! Always change any temporary password to one YOU create and keep safe! We do NOT have access to your passwords!
Locked Out? – Ok, so what to do if you are locked out because of too many failed attempts to remember your username or password? Lockouts are now set for 10 min. You will keep getting locked out if you don’t know your username or password! This waiting period is required in order to stop malicious hacking software. There are two things you can do:

- If you forgot your username but did not try your email address as your username then wait 10 min and use your email as your username. Our website, at the very least, needs your email address to know who your are!
- If all else fails, call our office and we will reset it for your manually using a Temporary Password. (In the future – we may charge a fee for manually resetting passwords that you have forgotten if you know the email you used then you should be able to change your password yourself following the instructions above.)
